By submitting your $1,000 Earnest Alignment Deposit, you agree to the terms of the Microgrid Consortium Ecosystem Annual Membership Agreement:

Ecosystem Access: Secures your active status, access to our proprietary project pipeline, structured project alignment, vetted strategic introductions, and incentive optimization frameworks.

Refundable Deposit: Your $1,000 deposit is fully refundable within 60 business days following the successful completion and close of your first coordinated project through the Consortium pipeline.

Forfeiture Terms: Deposits are non-refundable if you unilaterally terminate membership prior to active project engagement or fail to participate in good faith.

Confidentiality & Non-Circumvention: All shared project data and network introductions are strictly confidential. You agree not to circumvent the Consortium to work directly with introduced partners without written consent (binding during membership and for 24 months after).

The $250,000 Project Origination Incentive
We don't just share projects—we reward you for bringing them to the table. If you bring a project to the Consortium that we can originate and deploy using our member network, you can receive an origination incentive of up to $250,000. We actively want you to bring opportunities to the ecosystem where we can build out the solution together.

Getting fully integrated into the Ecosystem is a simple, direct process:
Submit your deposit
Complete your Earnest Alignment Deposit to lock in your active membership status.
Provide your SOQ
Send your Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) directly to your Stakeholder Lead.
Get listed in portal
Your SOQ will be uploaded to our digital, members-only website so the community can see your distinct capabilities.
Connect & originate
Start networking independently with other ecosystem members, and stay in close contact with the Stakeholder Lead regarding active projects or new opportunities that the Consortium can originate for our incentive of up to $250k.
